Neptune and his men
A collaborative atmosphere accompanied the construction process; all the shipyard personnel became passionate about the project. It was carried forward, with everyone constantly seeking optimal solutions for a successful construction.
The working group organized itself efficiently. Giorgio Spagna, manager of Nettuno Motobarche, managed to create an ideal situation around the project, directing each person's efforts for a construction that required different standards than usual. This project fully brought out the personal characteristics of each team member.
